Hayley was born and raised in Corralitos, a small rural community a few minutes inland from Aptos. She went to Aptos High School and was an active member of the leadership and sports scenes before going on to graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Agricultural Business Marketing and a minor in Wine and Viticulture. After graduating from Cal Poly, Hayley moved to Los Gatos to work for Gallo Sales Company selling their large portfolio of wine and spirits. She then worked for Kendall Jackson’s wine company callled Regal Wine Company before working for Regale Winery in Los Gatos managing their wine club. Hayley then followed in her Mom’s footsteps to become a Santa Cruz County Realtor. 

Hayley comes from a long line of local and respected real estate professionals making her a 3^rd generation Santa Cruz County Realtor.  Her Gradfather, Al Hansen, was a broker in Watsonville, her Grandmother, Barbara Hoover, was a Realtor in La Selva Beach and her Mom, Lori Hoover, has been a Realtor for over 30 years. Lori and Hayley work together and have created a dynamite team for their clients. They are able to offer over 35 years of experience to any transaction and handle all of their clients with utmost respect and care.  

Hayley married her Cal Poly sweetheart, Jeff Hackett who is a Senior Financial Manager for a tech company in Santa Clara. They now live in Corralitos with their two little boys and King Charles Cavalier named Penny. Hayley likes to spend her time away from Real Estate taking care of her 4 and 2 year old boys, planning house projects, buying plants for their brand new backyard, going to the Cabrillo Farmer’s Markets, drinking too many lattes, and going to Orangetheory classes!
