Joined Bailey Properties April 11, 1997. Hired as Paul Bailey's assistant, I come from an escrow, title and planning consulting background (over an 18 year period). I manage Paul's escrows and listings, create advertising, handle scheduling, and perform property research. In addition I assist our Business Manager with bookkeeping, assist transaction coordinator with review and audit of agent files prior to close, and fill in as needed in various staff positions. Through Paul Bailey and Bailey Properties, I coordinate the annual Aptos Sports Foundation Golf Tournament which has been successful in raising and contributing $2.5M over its 33 year history to improve sports programs and facilities at Aptos High School.
